RC Willey Distribution Center

This facility is a 780,000 sq. ft. furniture distribution center that utilized a 12" diameter roof drainage system installed 50 feet above grade. Special lifting requirements and safety precautions were utilized for this installation.

Cabela's

Cabela's is a "destination" specialty sporting goods store and more. Among the unique features included on this project are a 50,000 gallon live aquarium containing examples of many fish species native to Utah and a 30 foot high water feature in the form of a mountain stream. This project was completed in just 8 months.

Beehive Clothing Plant

This specialty clothing manufacturing plant installed an energy savings Ice Storage Tank system for cooling purposes. We were also charged with providing in room air handling equipment with very minimal noise output for the comfort of the workers. The facility incorporates a compressed air system for the operation of the sewing equipment.

First Security Center of Banking Operations

This facility houses the computer data operations center for all of First Security Bank, which is now part of Wells-Fargo Bank. This project lasted for approximately 16 months.

Koch Mechanical Office

Koch Mechanical was built over 50 years ago and is still in operation today. The property sits on 2 acres with a 5000 sq. ft. front office with approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of fabrication and storage. We recently added a 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse for job hold & equipment storage.
